Xiaomi: how to follow the conference on March 29 and what to expect?

Xiaomi conferences have followed one another at a furious pace since the start of the year! A new event is scheduled for Monday March 29 at 1:30 p.m. French time, it should be mainly devoted to the Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra, the brand’s new flagships for 2021. Xiaomi will then have, like its competitors, a range complete in the premium segment.

How to follow the Xiaomi conference?

You’ll be able to follow the conference live on the brand’s Twitch channel, Twitter account, Facebook account, and YouTube channel (video available below), and you can even set a reminder so you don’t miss the start:

What to expect ?

After the Mi 11 5G in February, Xiaomi is reportedly preparing to unveil two new models, the Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra.

We can expect a design similar to that of the Mi 11 5G, but with novelties on the side of the photo. Images of a surprising Xiaomi smartphone equipped with an XXL photo module and even a secondary screen have been circulating on the web for several weeks. According to some, this is the new Mi 11 Ultra.

The rest of the datasheet should be pretty close. We can expect a slightly larger screen, but it will certainly take over the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. Xiaomi should add some RAM and storage space as is often done.

In the end, the surprise could come from the Mi 11 Lite, the little one in the bunch with more accessible positioning and, hopefully, good value for money. It would ship a 6.55-inch Full HD + AMOLED screen, a Snapdragon 732G, as well as 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of space. On the photo side, Xiaomi would offer a triple sensor of 64 MP (wide-angle) + 9 MP (ultra wide-angle) + 5 MP (macro).
