To celebrate this year’s Steam deck launch and of course the Game Awards, Valve decided to give away a Steam deck (512GB) every minute during the ceremony.

Valve has made great strides with Steam Deck since its launch. Last February, you had to put yourself on a waiting list to hopefully get one of those consoles. Now that production is well underway, not only have fans finally gotten their hands on their console, but it’s been revealed that Valve will be giving away around 180 Stream decks during The Game Awards.
Here’s what you need to know to enter the competition. You must be in Canada, the US, the UK or Europe to register. You must also make at least one purchase between November 14, 2021 and November 14, 2022 on the Steam platform. Your Steam account must also be valid and unlimited.
The Steam Deck Giveaway will begin on December 8th at 8:00 PM when the Game Awards begin. Entrants will also need to watch The Game Awards via the official Steam stream for a chance to win.
